We interview each individual, then work together to set and plan positive goals. Our staff then assists the member every step of the way to accomplish their individual plan.

 

We have a talented staff that can speak from experience and many of our program directors are experienced drug and alcohol counselors. We employ multiple staff members throughout the day with an overnight staff to ensure there is always someone available. We provide transportation to all meetings, appointments, outpatient services, jobs and courses. At Arena, we have an abundant and supportive community that will challenge and help our members become healthier and productive individuals. It is our mission that our members have a challenging, nurturing, fun experience and will be well suited to face all life expectations in a confident and positive outlook.

 

 Transportation: We provide transportation to outside 12-Step Meetings, Appointments Out-Patient Facilities and Group Events.

 

 Individualized Programs: We help to create a schedule based on individual goals, interests, therapy and integration of a 12 Step Program to tailor a personal schedule to be held accountable to.

 

 Sober Companionship: If our client requires intense one on one work or doesn’t feel comfortable handling the daily obligations alone, we can provide experienced sober companionship.

 

 Professional Therapy: Each member will individually meet with a Professional Social Worker and participate in a weekly group therapy.

 

 Life & Career Planning: We will map out short term and long term goals as well as provide follow through in finding schooling, creating resumes, job placement and acquiring practical life skills such as budgeting, schedule and integrity.

 

 Nutritional Cooking: A chef will help instruct our members to cook nutritional meals for themselves and for all members of the house. Members will have to have special permission to participate in the kitchen because of the Kosher status.

 

 Physical Training: Every Member will be given a membership to a state of the art gym accompanied with a Professional Trainer.

 

 Our Staff is the most committed in the Business. They are educated and experienced in the field of recovery. They have a tremendous experience working with men struggling with addiction.
